About the role:

As the Accounts Receivable Officer, you will assist our Business Services department doing entries monthly into spreadsheets and online systems. This is a full-time position at our Head Office, located in Springfield. Initially office based whilst training however once established there is opportunity to work in a hybrid WFH capacity.

Key responsibilities:

- Generate invoices/ credit notes for customers
- Collect customer payments
- Process customer receipts daily
- Collaborate with customers regarding outstanding invoices and resolve any issues
- Track budget revenue forecast
- Process recent customer credit applications according to company process




- Provide ad-hoc administrative support to the finance team

Key requirements:

- 2+ years' experience in a similar role
- High volume data entry and invoicing experience
- General knowledge of accounting principles
- Experience with the Microsoft Suite and NetSuite (desired)
- High volume attention to detail
- Proven rights to work in Australia
- Willing to undergo pre-employment background check
- Willing to undergo pre-employment medical check
