The Role

Sealy currently require the services of a multi Needle Quilting operator to satisfy manufacturing requirements. Previous experience in a Mattress Quilting section of the bedding industry is advantageous.

- Experience in operating a Mattress tape edge machines or mattress building experience.
- Passion for Manufacturing quality products in a timely manner
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Prior experience in leading a team is preferred but full training is provided for the right applicant
