The opportunities we’re working on offer different combinations of these.

The work:

You’ll typically be involved in the structural documentation and coordination of building projects, working closely with Structural Engineers and other members of the project team.

Depending on the consultancy and project, this may include documentation of Reinforced concrete structures, Structural steel, Post-tensioned structures, and Foundations and retaining structures.

These aren’t roles where you’ll simply sit in the background producing drawings all day. These roleswill suit Drafters who enjoy being part of the wider project team, coordinating with Engineers and consultants and taking ownership of their documentation.

What we’re looking for:

You’ll ideally have experience working as a Structural Drafter, Structural Revit Drafter, Structural Designer or Structural Technician within an Australian engineering consultancy.

Strong Revit experience will be important for most of the roles, with AutoCAD experience also useful.

You should also have a good understanding of structural documentation across concrete and/or steel building structures.
