Barlens NEH is seeking a reliable and hardworking Labourer to join our team on a casual basis. This is a hands‑on position based in Tuggerah, NSW, where you will support various project tasks and contribute to the smooth operation of our workplace. This role is essential to our operations and offers the opportunity to work alongside experienced team members in a energetic environment.

What you'll be doing

- Performing manual labour tasks as directed, including material handling, site preparation and general ground work
- Assisting skilled Marquee Errectors with project completion and setup activities
- Maintaining a clean and organised work site, including debris removal and site tidying
- Loading and unloading materials, equipment and supplies as required
- Following health and safety procedures and reporting any hazards or incidents immediately
- Operating basic tools and equipment in accordance with health and safety standards
- Supporting the team to meet project deadlines and targets
- Communicating effectively with supervisors and team members to ensure tasks are completed efficiently

What we're looking for

- Proven experience working as a labourer in the trades and services industry
- Physical fitness and ability to perform manual labour tasks for extended periods
- Reliability and punctuality, with a strong work ethic and commitment to completing tasks
- Basic understanding of health and safety practices on work sites




- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude
- Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities
- Current driver's licence is a MUST with Ability to Drive Manual
