We are seeking an Accounts Payable / Receivable Payroll Officer to join our team on a full time basis. Managing accounts payable/receivable for Suppliers and customers as well as managing payroll functions and ensuring leave is processed accurately. This role is flexible start and finish time, with hours from 30-35 per week.

Key responsibilities

- Timesheet Reconciliation and payroll Management
- Accounts payable and receivable
- Preparation of reporting of BAS and monthly IAS to the ATO (preferred not essential)
- Preparation of reporting of Payroll Tax (preferred not essential)
- Preparation of reporting of Superannuation Payments (preferred not essential)
- Assist with monthly and quarterly cash flow forecasting
- Assist with financial reporting

About you

- 5 years' experience in similar role
- Familiar with Frameworks Program or similar accounting software or similar such as MYOB,



QuickBooks or SAP
- Strong business and finance administration knowledge
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Highly organised self-starter and possess effective time management skills
