Infinite Aged Care Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Clinical Care Coordinator & Nurse Mentor for the Monday to Friday 2pm–10pm shift to support our Chamberlain Gardens Clinical Team. This newly created leadership role focuses on clinical guidance, mentoring staff, and ensuring resident‑centred care in an aged care setting.
