The AML/CTF Compliance Officer is responsible for overseeing and coordinating Mccoin Pty Ltd's day-to-day compliance with the Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing (AML/CTF) Act, AML/CTF Rules, and the Company's AML/CTF Program.

The Compliance

Officer acts as the principal liaison with AUSTRAC and is responsible for ensuring the effective operation of the Company's AML/CTF framework, controls, and governance arrangements.

- Maintain an effective AML/CTF compliance framework across Mccoin Pty Ltd.

- Ensure ongoing compliance with applicable AML/CTF legislative and regulatory obligations.

- Identify, assess, monitor, and manage money laundering, terrorism financing, and proliferation financing risks.

- Foster a solid culture of compliance throughout the Company.

- Develop, maintain, and periodically review the Company's AML/CTF Program.

- Act as the primary point of contact with AUSTRAC.





- Manage all AML/CTF-related communications with regulatory authorities.

Eligibility and Qualifications The AML/CTF Compliance Officer should:

Essential

- Be a fit and proper person.

- Hold a management-level position or possess sufficient seniority within the organization.

- Demonstrate sound knowledge of AML/CTF laws, regulations, and risk management practices.

- Possess strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

- Be capable of acting independently and objectively.

Desirable

- Relevant compliance, legal, risk management, financial crime, or audit qualifications.

- Experience dealing with AUSTRAC and financial crime compliance programs.

- Relevant AML/CTF certifications or professional memberships.
