Based at Carrara with oversight of neighbouring venues, you will lead a large casual team, drive rostering, training and service standards to ensure exceptional guest experiences.

You will partner with the Hospitality Operations Leader to develop concepts, enhance service delivery and implement continuous improvement, ensuring compliance with food
