- Remuneration: $111,341 to $120,557 pa (HEW6) (inclusive of $94,084 to $101,872 salary pa, 17% superannuation and 17.5% recreation leave loading)

Who are we looking for?
We are seeking a Student Programs Officer to join Office of the Deputy Dean, Faculty of Business and Law.
The Student Programs Officer works closely with the Associate Dean, Education and the Director Curriculum and Academic Programs and the Student Services Operations Manager to provide high-quality operational and administrative support across the Faculty’s curriculum. The role works collaboratively with academic staff, Faculty teams and central University areas to coordinate the administration of curriculum and student programs including study plans, unit offerings, accreditation activities, compliance and other related quality assurance and reporting requirements. The position also contributes to the continuous improvement of curriculum administration processes and provides specialist advice to support the effective delivery of the Faculty’s courses.

What you need to succeed
- Education, training or relevant experience equivalent to completion of a degree or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education training.
- Demonstrated ability to plan and work efficiently with multiple competing deadlines and minimal supervision.
- Advance written and oral communication skills with demonstrated ability to write and edit a diverse range of high-quality materials.
- Highly developed digital literacy skills including advance experience in the use of Microsoft suite and QUT student and academic support programs, with the ability to quickly adapt to other products and technologies.
- Demonstrated ability to apply reasoning, judgement and analytical skills to resolving issues in a complex environment.
- Demonstrated commitment to equity, diversity and Indigenous Australian engagement.
