The National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA) in Windsor NSW is seeking Auslan-fluent individuals for the APS5 National Contact Centre Auslan Service Officer role. You will communicate with Deaf and hard of hearing participants in Auslan via video, helping them navigate the NDIS and resolve enquiries.

This shift-based role involves a mix of inbound/outbound video calls, email processing and webchat, with versatile hybrid working arrangements considered.
