HCF is seeking an Operational Risk Manager to partner with leaders across the Chief Operating Officer Group, embedding risk management frameworks and strengthening resilience across the division. You will identify, assess and monitor risks, provide practical risk advice and support regulatory obligations including CPS 230.

You will lead risk assessments, maintain risk registers, oversee incident management and collaborate with change teams to ensure risk-informed decisions and governance
