HMA Wear Solutions is seeking a motivated and reliable 1st-year Apprentice Boilermaker to join our team in Berkeley Vale, NSW. About the Role

As a 1st Year Apprentice Boilermaker, you will work alongside experienced tradespeople to develop practical skills in:

- Fabrication and welding

- Reading and interpreting engineering drawings

- Cutting, forming, and assembling metal components

- Safe operation of workshop equipment and machinery

- Quality control and inspection processes

- Working within a team to manufacture specialised wear solutions





You will complete a Certificate III in Engineering - Fabrication Trade (Boilermaking) while earning and learning on the job.

About You To be successful, you will:

- Have a genuine interest in engineering, fabrication, and manufacturing

- Be mechanically minded and eager to learn

- Have good communication and teamwork skills

- Be reliable, punctual, and safety-focused

- Possess a strong work ethic and positive attitude

- Hold a driver's licence (preferred but not essential)

- Have completed Year 10 or higher

School leavers and mature-age applicants are encouraged to apply.
