- Monitor contract and program performance against agreed objectives
- Identify, manage and escalatio n risks and compliance issues
- Gather and analyse information to support program improvement and policy outcomes




- Provide guidance and support to organisations delivering essential community services What you'll need to succeed - Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Sound judgement and problem-solving capability
- Experience managing contracts, grants, programs, compliance or service delivery outcomes
