About the role
We are currently seeking a mid level architect to join our dedicated team to play an integral part of the whole architectural process from design to delivery.
Duties & responsibilities
- Contribution to the successful delivery of complex projects.
- The ability to guide the design direction and lead projects.
- Contribute to the generation and exploration of design and construction ideas, balancing conceptual, aesthetic, construction and cost influences
- Develop design work in close cooperation with other members of the team.
- Liaise with the client, stakeholders and authorities
- Be responsive to client feedback, issues or potential problems and report concerns
Skills & experience
- A minimum of 4 years' post graduate experience with a Master's Degree in Architecture or equivalent
- Exceptional interior and architectural design skills with experience working on a range of project types
- Working knowledge of all project stages
- Ability to analyse and critically assess problems
- Imaginative and creative thinking skills and ability
- Strong Revit skills are essential
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
