We are seeking an experienced Area Manager to lead our Victorian boutiques, drive sales performance, develop high-performing teams, and deliver exceptional luxury client experiences.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive regional sales performance and achievement of financial targets.
- Lead, coach, and develop boutique management and retail teams.
- Foster a high-performance culture focused on client excellence.
- Monitor key retail metrics including conversion, ATV, CRM, and client engagement.
- Parter with boutiques to identify opportunities for business growth.
- Ensure operational excellence across people, processes, and presentation.
- Manage rostering, productivity, and store costs.
- Oversee stock, security, and inventory management.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and performance management activities.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with VIP clients.
- Host client events and represent the Paspaley brand within the local market.

- Experience within luxury, jewellery, premium retail, or high‑touch client service.
- Demonstrated success in a multi-site retail leadership role.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team development capabilities.
- Proven ability to drive sales performance and business growth.
- Excellent commercial, organisational, and communication skills.
- Passion for luxury retail and delivering exceptional client experiences.
