About the Role

We are looking for an experienced, driven Area Manager to take ownership of day-to-day operations across a key retail client portfolio in located in South Brisbane and the Gold coast regions. Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will be the engine behind exceptional service delivery - managing teams, building strong client relationships, and ensuring every site hits the mark on quality, compliance, and performance.

What You Will Do

- Oversee multi-site operations and ensure all contractual obligations are met

- Manage staffing, resourcing, and labour planning within budget

- Drive quality standards across all cleaning services and client sites

- Lead regular client and team meetings; resolve issues promptly

- Coordinate labour, equipment, and materials for seamless service delivery

- Produce accurate management reports and client communications

What You Will Bring





- 3 years in a multi-site management role with experience in facilities or services sector
- A natural leader who brings out the best in their teams - confident, fair, and approachable

- Strong communicator with polished written and verbal skills

- Sharp with MS Office, especially Outlook and Excel

- Sound knowledge of the Cleaning Services Award 2020

- Flexible availability including early mornings, evenings, and weekends when needed

- Self-motivated, organised, and comfortable working both autonomously and in a team
