Commercial Hotel Redbank is looking for a hands-on Assistant Manager to join the leadership team.
You don’t need to already be an Assistant Manager.
You might be a Supervisor, Team Leader, Duty Manager or experienced hospitality all-rounder who is confident running a shift and ready to take on more responsibility.

About Commercial Hotel Commercial Hotel is a well-known Redbank local with a busy bistro, bar, gaming room, functions, outdoor beer garden and bottle shop.
It’s a excellent venue for someone wanting to build their management experience across a genuine multi-department pub operation.
Located on Brisbane Road, the venue is easily accessible from Redbank, Goodna, Collingwood Park, Bellbird Park, Redbank Plains, Springfield and surrounding areas.
What You’ll Do
- Lead shifts and keep the venue running smoothly
- Support and guide the team throughout service
- Maintain great customer service and venue standards
- Assist with cash handling, stock, rostering and day-to-day venue operations
- Handle customer concerns confidently
- Work alongside the Venue Manager and gradually take on greater responsibility
What We’re Looking For
- Have hospitality experience and are comfortable taking the lead on shift
- Enjoy supporting and motivating a team
- Can stay calm, make decisions and get involved during busy trade
- Have a current Queensland RSA and RSG
- Are available across a rotating roster including nights and weekends
Don’t have RMLV or an Approved Manager Licence yet? That’s okay. For the right person, we’ll support you to obtain them.
