A Day in the Life

As an Assistant Insurance Adviser, you'll work closely with our team of advisers across the full client lifecycle, including:

- Supporting advisers through the renewals process, from preparation through to completion
- Liaising directly with clients to manage queries, gather information, and keep them informed
- Assisting with new business preparation and documentation




- Keeping client records and policy details accurate and up to date in our CRM
- Providing day-to-day administrative support to your senior adviser and the wider team

What You'll Bring

- No prior broking experience required, though familiarity with platforms like Sunrise is a bonus
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe applications; HubSpot experience is highly regarded
- Above all: a genuine mindset to learn, grow, and take initiative
