About the role

As an Assistant Insurance Adviser, you'll work closely with our team of advisers across the full client lifecycle. This role is a stepping stone for someone goal-oriented who wants to build their career within Confio, with a explicit path toward an Insurance Adviser role and beyond.

Key responsibilities

- Supporting advisers through the renewals process, from preparation through to completion

- Liaising directly with clients to manage queries, gather information, and keep them informed

- Assisting with new business preparation and documentation

- Keeping client records and policy details accurate and up to date in our CRM

- Providing day-to-day administrative support to your senior adviser and the wider team

About you

- No prior broking experience required, though familiarity with platforms like Sunrise is a bonus

- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe applications; HubSpot experience is highly regarded




- A genuine mindset to learn, grow, and take initiative
