Boilermaker / Welder / Fabricator – Morisset

Particular Engineering is seeking an experienced Boilermaker, Welder and/or Fabricator to join our growing Morisset workshop. Our workshop supports mechanical-services, structural fabrication, prefabrication and modular construction projects. We are looking for someone who takes pride in producing accurate, high-quality work and can work safely and independently. Casual with a move to permanent full time for the right person.

Key responsibilities

- Fabrication and welding of structural and mechanical-service components
- Pipe supports, frames, brackets and associated steelwork
- Measuring, marking, cutting, grinding, fitting and assembly
- Reading fabrication and shop drawings
- Fit-up, welding preparation and quality checking
- Prefabrication and modular assembly
- Preparing completed work for transport and site installation
- Maintaining a safe, organised workshop

About you





- Boilermaking, welding or fabrication experience
- Ability to read drawings and work accurately from dimensions
- Solid fabrication, measuring and fit-up skills
- Good attention to workmanship and quality
- Reliable attendance and a strong safety mindset
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Forklift, dogging, rigging and EWP licences are advantageous but not essential
