About The Role

This is a highly visible stakeholder engagement role where you'll act as the trusted link between our Service Solutions teams and IT. You'll work closely with operational leaders, system owners, project teams and IT specialists to ensure business requirements are understood, prioritised and delivered effectively.





You’ll help drive continuous improvement across our Service Solutions environment while supporting projects, change requests, system enhancements and operational technology initiatives. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems and influencing outcomes.

You will be based at our offices in the Southeast of Melbourne and reporting to the Head of IT Business Partners, your day to day will include:

Support and advise UAT Leads, Change Leads, project teams or system owners when required, you may be required to lead/own testing at times.

About YOU

To be successful in this pivotal role you will have a proven background in a similar IT Business Partner or Business Analyst role within a fast moving, innovative environment. You are an excellent communicator and problem solver with solid stakeholder management skills. In addition, you will have the following attributes:

Experience in business partnering, business analysis, IT service delivery, operational improvement or project support roles.
