Pumps & Irrigation | Full Training Provided

We are looking for a Retail Sales Assistant to join our pumps and irrigation team in our locally owned small family business .

This is a excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with customers, learning new skills and being part of a hands-on retail environment.

? About the Role

You will assist customers with their pumps, irrigation and related product needs while providing friendly and knowledgeable service.

Key responsibilities include:

- Serving and assisting customers in-store

- Providing product advice and helping customers find the right solution

- Processing sales and operating the point-of-sale system

- Answering and directing calls?

- Assisting with stock, displays and general store duties

- Learning about pumps, irrigation, plumbing and pool equipment

- Maintaining a clean?, organised and welcoming store

- Available to work rotating Saturday roster (overtime)

⭐ Experience & Skills

Previous experience with pumps, irrigation, plumbing or pools would be an advantage, but experience is not essential.





We are happy to provide on-the-job training to the right person.

We are looking for someone who:

- Current drivers licence

- Has a friendly and helpful attitude

- Enjoys working with customers

- Is reliable and willing to learn

- High level of communication skills both written and verbal

- Ability to lift??, up to 20kgs

- Proficient in Microsoft word, excel & OneDrive

- Can work well independently and as part of a team

- Has an interest in pumps, irrigation or related products

? Remuneration

Above ⬆️award wage will be determined based on experience, in accordance with the applicable Award, plus Superannuation.

? Full Training Provided

No previous industry experience? No problem!

If you have the right attitude and are keen to learn, we will provide on-the-job training to help you develop your product knowledge and skills.
