You'll work closely with a Principal Adviser at a platinum-rated boutique advisory firm, involved in client meetings and strategy from early on, with a structured progression toward managing your own clients.

About the firm A boutique advisory practice in the Sydney CBD with a team of 100, advising clients with $2m–$50m in FUM. Known for holistic advice and a genuine focus on developing its people.

The role

- Technical support to a Principal Adviser

- Working across paraplanning and administration to keep advice moving

- Drafting advice documents and contributing to client strategy

- Preparing Alternative Strategies & Product Working Papers for Best Interests Duty





- Researching products and preparing comparisons for clients

- Attending and contributing to client meetings

- Progressively taking on your own client base

What you'll need

- 3 years' experience as a Paraplanner or CSM in financial planning

- Strong technical skills and a genuine interest in continued learning

- Currently working toward industry qualifications

- Professional presentation and confident communication
- A genuine commitment to good client outcomes
