We are working with a well-regarded national law firm that is looking to add a lawyer to its Public Law Disputes Practice for an immediate short-term need.
The role will involve working with a Commonwealth Government client on merit review matters. You will be responsible for drafting advice, evidence, attending conferences, and hearings, statutory interpretation, and managing your own matters The ideal candidate will have:
- Ideally you will have 2+ PAE, more senior candidates will be considered
- Experience in litigation, administrative law, insurance disputes
- Robust drafting and communication skills
- able to manage multiple matters and work collaboratively within the team.
