Technical Support Engineer (Solar - After Sales)

Delivering expert technical support and after sales service for issues around solar panels & invertor.

Our client, specialising in the design and development of integrated solar and energy storage systems is looking for a After Sales Technical Support Engineer (Solar)

What's on Offer

Permanent full time role

Salary - 75K - 110K + super

Job Description

Provide after sales technical support on solar & battery products.

Responding to inbound calls & emails and offering the appropriate solution.

Assist customer with WO warranty replacement/installation arrangements

Providing onsite installation instructions.

Experiences & Requirements

Prior experiences in solar panel & invertor

Full work rights in Australia
