PCYC NSW – Penrith NSW is seeking a Youth Worker to support the 10-week “Fit for Work” program. The role requires a minimum Certificate IV in Youth Work and a drive to empower youth toward employment success. It is a part time position at 30 hours per week, 8am–4pm, with a pay rate of $37.36 per hour.
You will facilitate employability sessions, mentor participants, and work with employers to create opportunities, while maintaining program records and reporting progress.
