Leave the boring role behind and join us on the frontier at Data-Driven AI! We're looking for our next expert Data Engineer / Fabric Consultant for our Sydney office (4 days a week WFH). We also don't think it makes sense to spread yourself thinly across multiple clouds, so we go deep on Microsoft Azure, Fabric and the wider data and AI stack.

Senior Consultant: you'll be our Fabric expert on one of our enterprise projects, bringing the technical depth and keeping customers happy. Note: This is NOT a Principal Consultant role - we're looking for technical experts.

This is a permanent role, not a contract. We want someone who wants to make a direct difference and likes the pace of a rapid-growing start-up. We've been around 7+ years with a big portfolio of customer success stories, and we don't cut corners! We were also a 2022 Australian Microsoft Partner of the Year Finalist.

We're after someone who:

- Gets excited talking about data or AI
- Believes in Occam's Razor
- Is smart, likes learning, and takes OWNERSHIP

Required

- 5+ years' consulting, this is a senior role




- Can talk to customers and understand the business
- Is a guru on Microsoft Fabric, Delta Tables and Lakehouses
- Has experience with agentic delivery (everyone here gets a Cowork + Claude + GitHub Copilot licence and is expected to use it)
- Principal only: can run enterprise delivery, budgets and stakeholders
