You do not need experience in this specific industry. You need to know how to drive B2C engagement and growth, full stop. Pet food, bedding, FMCG, food delivery, it does not matter where you learned it. What matters is that you have done it before, inside a fast growth startup or scaleup, and you know what good looks like.

This is a lead generation heavy role. You will own the top of funnel. You will test fast, kill what does not work, and scale what does. You will be the person who turns a valuable product into a business that consumers cannot stop talking about.

The salary is modest for someone of this calibre. What is not modest is the equity on offer, and the seat you get at a business that is genuinely taking off.

This role is for you if:





You have worked inside a fast growth B2C startup or scaleup, in any consumer category.

You understand paid, organic, and lifecycle levers well enough to know which one to pull first.

You are comfortable with a base salary that is fair but not top of market, in exchange for meaningful equity.

You want to build something, not manage something that already exists.

You are early in your career but have already proven you can drive real consumer growth.

This role is not for you if:

You need a big brand name behind you to feel comfortable.

You want a large team to manage from day one.

You are looking for a slow, considered pace.

Equity does not excite you as much as base salary does.
