Front of House Team Member

We're looking for a friendly, energetic Front of House Team Member to join our bakery team!

What You'll Be Doing

- Greeting customers with a warm and welcoming attitude.
- Taking orders and handling payments accurately.
- Serving bakery products and assisting customers with their selections.
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and well-presented front-of-house area.
- Working efficiently during busy periods while delivering excellent customer service.
- Supporting the team to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Occasional social media appearances.

punctual, and a strong team player.
- Well-presented and professional.
- Ability to stay calm and friendly under pressure.
- Barista experience and confidence making coffee.
- Previous experience in hospitality, retail, or customer service.
- Flexible with start times/days.
