Job Title: Bar Attendant / Mixologist

Schedule: Thursday to Saturday, 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Bar Manager to join our hospitality team in the Penrith area. This role is perfect for a passionate and customer-focused individual who thrives in a vibrant bar workplace and enjoys creating exceptional drink experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drink Preparation: Craft and serve a variety of cocktails, mocktails, beers, and spirits with precision and flair.
- Bar Setup & Close: Prepare the bar before service and ensure a clean and organised closing each night.
- Compliance: Uphold RSA standards, hygiene protocols, and venue safety procedures at all times.
- Stock levels: Stocktake, ordering & stock level control.
- Staffing: Training staff,

Qualifications & Skills:

- Proven experience in bartending or mixology.




- Strong knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle a busy bar environment.
- Attention to detail in both drink presentation and cleanliness.
- Current NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification.
