We're looking for Biology Subject Matter Experts to help train and improve the world's most advanced AI models. At Alignerr, we partner with leading AI research labs to build smarter, more accurate AI — and your scientific expertise is the key ingredient.

If you have a Masters in Biology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, or a related field, this is your prospect to do meaningful, intellectually engaging work from anywhere in the world — on your own schedule.

- Commitment: 10–40 hours/week

What You'll Do

- Design challenging, advanced biology questions to rigorously test AI reasoning and knowledge
- Develop clear, step-by-step solutions grounded in scientific accuracy and logical structure
- Evaluate AI-generated responses for factual correctness, depth, and quality of reasoning
- Collaborate with researchers to build and refine benchmarks spanning undergraduate to Masters-level biology topics
- Help push the boundaries of what AI can understand in the life sciences

Who You Are

- Pursuing or holding a Masters degree in Biology,



Biotechnology, Biochemistry, or a closely related field
- Strong scientific reasoning and problem-solving ability across advanced biology domains
- Able to communicate complex concepts clearly and provide structured, actionable feedback in writing
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently and asynchronously
- No prior AI experience required — we'll get you up to speed

Nice to Have

- Experience with data annotation, data quality assurance, or evaluation systems
- Familiarity with areas such as molecular biology, genetics, cell biology, or physiology
- Background in academic research, tutoring, or science writing
