The opportunity Turnaround Staffing are specialists in blue-collar recruitment and labour hire. We’ve been in the recruitment game for more than 22 years, we genuinely love what we do, and we’re ready to welcome another legend to the team!

We’re looking for a switched-on, energetic and people-loving Recruitment Consultant to join us at our Tullamarine office.

This is a busy, hands-on 360 recruitment role packed with candidates, clients, site visits, problem-solving and plenty of action. If you enjoy spinning a few plates, building great relationships and getting the right people into the right jobs, you’ll feel right at home.

What you’ll be getting stuck into..

- Sourcing, screening and qualifying blue-collar candidates
- Conducting interviews and keeping the candidate pipeline moving
- Filling vacancies quickly, accurately and with the right people
- Managing and developing relationships with existing clients
- Visiting client sites and staying connected with our workforce




- Completing reference checks and arranging pre-employment medicals
- Conducting OHS audits and supporting workplace safety
- Assisting with payroll and general administration
- Troubleshooting, problem-solving and tackling whatever the day throws at you
- And, because this is labour hire… plenty more!

Who are we looking for? Ideally, you’ll have experience in labour hire, blue-collar recruitment or a similar fast-paced environment.

That said, we don’t believe great people always arrive with every box ticked. If you’re proactive, organised, resilient, confident on the phone and brilliant with people, we’d still love to hear from you. We can train skills — attitude and energy are the magic ingredients!
