Position No: RSPS-WFA-BMW

Work Type: Permanent - Full Time, Casual

Location: Perth Metropolitan

RCR Mining Technologies is looking for skilled Boilermakers and Welders to join our team in Welshpool on a Permanent or Casual Full time basis .

You’ll be working on the fabrication of structural steel, mechanical equipment, and piping packages , as well as repairs and maintenance work on heavy mining equipment.

We have Day and Afternoon Shifts available, with Casual and Permanent positions on offer with full-time hours.

What We’re Looking For

- Live local to the Perth metro area
- Trade qualified Boilermaker (or experienced Welder)
- Able to pass a 3G/4G weld test(preferred in case of need)
- Strong Flux Core (FCAW) welding skills
- Experience with MMAM, SMAW, SAW, GTAW welding processes
- High Risk Licence – Dogging or Rigging (preferred but not essential)
- Good understanding of weld preps and procedures




- Can read drawings and work to fine tolerances
- Reliable, safety-focused, and a good team player
- Physically fit and able to do hands-on work
