About the role:

Join one of Australia's leading security organisations and play a vital role in protecting critical Defence infrastructure across Western Sydney.

MSS Security is seeking professional and reliable Defence Security Relievers to support operations across four Defence sites: Glenbrook, Holsworthy, Richmond and Orchard Hills. This unique position offers the chance to work across multiple Defence environments, gain broad operational experience, and build a rewarding long-term career within the Defence sector.

About you:

- Australian Citizenship - required for Defence security clearance eligibility





- A currentSecurity License valid in NSW

- Baseline Defence Clearance or must be willing to obtain a Baseline Clearance

- Excellentcommunication skills and the ability to interact confidently with Defence personnel and site stakeholders

- The ability toremain calm under pressure and make sound decisions

- A strong sense ofintegrity,accountability, andattention to detail

Previous security experience is advantageous but not essential. We welcome applications from motivated individuals looking to build a long term career in the security industry.
