Haven is expanding our team and is seeking passionate Waiters within our experienced Front of House team.

ABOUT THE ROLE

- Provide professional, welcoming, and attentive service to every guest.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, share your menu knowledge and ensure prompt, polished delivery.
- Set up, maintain and explicit service areas efficiently while following Haven’s service standards
- Work closely with the kitchen, bar and management teams to ensure seamless, enjoyable service for all guests
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation,



ensuring every guest enjoys a safe and comfortable dining experience.

ABOUT YOU

- Genuinely love hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
- Bring positivity, personality and energy to each shift
- Have strong communication skills and a professional approach
- Flexible with availability – including weekends, evenings and public holidays
- Must have a current Queensland RSA Certificate
