What Your Day Could Look Like

As part of a vibrant, professional team, you’ll have the tools, support and guidance to excel;

- Manage a well-maintained property portfolio of 130 properties that will grow to about 200 with full support in place
- Building strong, long-term landlord and tenant relationships
- Managing arrears and notices
- Overseeing maintenance and coordinating trades
- Managing lease and rent reviews
- Ensuring compliance requirements are met
- Managing general end-to-end Property Management tasks
- Preparing for and attending Tribunal matters where required
- Your own VA and Out-Of-Office Support team!
- No Routines, No Entries, No Exits, No Leasing duties!

About you

- Previous experience in Property Management
- Current QLD Real Estate Certificate of Registration
- Robust organisation and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A proactive, can-do attitude and eagerness to learn
- A genuine passion for Real Estate
