The Gap FC is seeking expressions of interest for a Part-Time Bookkeeper to support the financial administration the club.

This is an excellent chance for someone seeking flexible work arrangements, including parents, semi-retired professionals, or anyone looking for a rewarding part-time role within a community sporting environment.

About the Role

- Approximately 16 hours per week
- Flexible working arrangements with the ability to work remotely
- Occasional attendance at the club and meetings as required
- Reports directly to the Treasurer
- Flexible hours to be worked Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays)

Key Responsibilities

- Process accounts payable and receivable
- Maintain accurate financial records and reconciliations
- Assist with financial reporting and month-end processes
- Support the Treasurer with financial administration and compliance requirements
- Liaise with club stakeholders regarding financial matters as required





About You We are looking for someone who:

- Has bookkeeping, payroll and accounts administration experience
- Is highly organised, accurate and detail-oriented
- Possesses strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Has experience using MYOB and the Microsoft Office Suite
- Demonstrates excellent time management skills and can work autonomously
- Is self-motivated, reliable and able to manage competing priorities
- Previous experience working within a sporting or community club environment would be advantageous, but is not essential
