About The Role

As a Branch Assistant, you’ll be the first point of contact for retail and trade customers, guiding them through product selections, providing tailored solutions, and ensuring they receive top-notch service.

Your role will be a mix of customer interaction, sales support, and relationship management.

Your Responsibilities

- Deliver exceptional service to both retail and trade customers, guiding them to the right products and solutions.
- Provide a premium customer experience with every delivery, representing the brand with professionalism and care.
- Accurately pick, pack, and dispatch orders in a fast-paced environment.
- Assist with ad-hoc same-day, local deliveries and return runs.
- Manage sales transactions, prepare quotes, and proactively follow up with customers to drive satisfaction and repeat business.
- Maintain stock accuracy through cycle counts, inventory control, and keeping the warehouse clean, organised and efficient.

What you’ll need to succeed: You’re a Team Player With a Can-do Attitude, Who’s Not Afraid To Roll Up Your Sleeves. You’ll Bring

- Physical fitness: You’ll be on your feet, lifting and unloading orders throughout the day.
- Industry Experience: Plumbing industry experience or knowledge of plumbing products or wholesale/trade sales experience would be highly beneficial but not essential.
- Team Player Attitude: We value hard-working, adaptable team members who contribute to a positive work culture.
- Strong Communication:



You’ll be working closely with experienced tradespeople who expect efficient and knowledgeable service.
- Tech Savvy: Demonstrate strong computer literacy and maintain proficiency across IT systems and digital tools, with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Licences: A car licence is required. A Forklift and MR licence is a bonus, but not a requirement.
- Australian Working Rights: A citizen or permanent resident of Australia or New Zealand. (Sponsorship is not offered for this position)
