We are a family-owned Early Learning Centre in Morley, created to bring mindfulness, nature, creativity and emotional wellbeing into everyday learning. Our beautiful, brand-new purpose-built environment has been thoughtfully designed to feel like a gentle exhale in a busy world, where children, families and educators can truly thrive.

We have officially opened our doors on 17th August and with increasing numbers we are now seeking another passionate, caring, professional and dedicated "Room Leader" to join Our Foundation Team and help create something truly extraordinary from the very beginning.

What we are seeking an Experienced Full-Time ROOM LEADER for our Moin Room (1-2 years old)

- Either a Diploma Qualified or Early Childhood Teacher encouraged to apply for this role, with minimum 1 years' experience in this Room Leaders Role.

Essential Requirements





- ACECQA-approved qualification (Diploma or Early Childhood Teaching qualifications)
- Current Working With Children Check and National Police clearance
- Mandatory Child Safety Certificate
- Previous experience working within an Early Learning or Childcare environment.
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong understanding of the Early Years Framework and National Quality Standards
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Creativity and a passion for delivering engaging, high-quality educational programs
- A commitment and dedication to continuous professional development and improvement
