Due to continued growth, our client is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join their team delivering a large volume of investment homes within a master-planned estate in the Park Ridge area.

The Role As Site Supervisor, you'll be responsible for managing up to 20 homes through various stages of construction through to handover.

Your responsibilities will include

- Coordinating and managing trades and subcontractors across multiple builds
- Maintaining high standards of workmanship, safety,



and site presentation
- Monitoring build schedules and ensuring projects remain on track
- Conducting quality control inspections throughout construction
- Ensuring compliance with all HSE and company standards
- Driving productivity while maintaining exceptional build quality

About You To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Current QBCC Site Supervisor or Builder's Licence (essential)
- Previous experience supervising residential home builds
- Trade background in carpentry or bricklaying highly regarded
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar supervisory role
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Stable employment history and a commitment to quality construction
- Ability to build solid working relationships with trades and suppliers
