Convil Group is an established contractor delivering civil infrastructure and building projects across New South Wales, including works for government authorities and private clients. Our building division focuses on custom homes, duplex developments, and selected commercial works, with a strong focus on quality, structure, and delivery.

We are seeking an experienced Building Site Manager to take ownership of residential projects from commencement through to completion. This role suits someone confident in running sites, managing trades, and keeping projects on programme.

Key responsibilities

- Manage day to day site operations across custom homes and duplex projects
- Coordinate and supervise all trades, subcontractors, and suppliers onsite
- Deliver works in line with drawings, specifications, and programme
- Maintain strong standards of workmanship, safety, and site presentation
- Monitor timelines and drive progress to meet key milestones
- Carry out site inspections and quality checks throughout all stages
- Manage site logistics, deliveries, and sequencing of trades
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal team




- Identify and resolve site issues as they arise
- Ensure compliance with WHS requirements and company procedures

Requirements

- Proven experience as a Site Manager in residential construction in NSW
- Strong background in custom homes and duplex builds
- Ability to manage multiple trades and keep sites running efficiently
- Solid understanding of construction sequencing and coordination
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications
- White Card and relevant site certifications
- Carpentry or trade background is highly regarded
