About The Role

What if your MBA — the years spent mastering corporate finance, market strategy, and operations — could directly shape how AI advises the next generation of business leaders?

We're partnering with the world's leading AI research labs to build and train cutting-edge business AI models. We need MBA-level experts to stress-test, challenge, and teach these systems how to think like seasoned executives. Your domain expertise will become the foundation that AI learns from.

This is a fully remote, flexible contract role. No AI background needed — just deep business knowledge and a sharp eye for rigorous reasoning.

What You'll Do

- Design Advanced Business Challenges —
- Craft complex, real-world business cases and quantitative problems spanning DCF valuation, market entry strategy, operations bottlenecks, cap table modeling, and more
- Author Gold-Standard Solutions —
- Write rigorous, step-by-step responses — including financial statements, strategic frameworks (4Ps, 5Cs, Porter's Five Forces), and executive-level rationales — that serve as the definitive benchmark for AI training
- Audit AI Reasoning —
- Evaluate AI-generated business plans, financial forecasts, and case analyses for logical consistency, mathematical accuracy, and professional-grade quality
- Sharpen AI Thinking —
- Identify and document flaws in AI reasoning, such as misapplied WACC calculations,



sunk cost fallacies, or failure to account for macroeconomic variables, and provide structured corrective feedback

Who You Are

- Holder of a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from an accredited institution
- Solid command of at least two core business domains: Finance, Marketing, Operations, or Strategic Management
- Able to synthesize complex data into clear, executive-style analysis and recommendations
- Exceptionally detail-oriented — you catch formula errors, logic gaps, and structural weaknesses others miss
- Comfortable working independently and asynchronously on your own schedule
- No prior AI or tech experience required

Nice to Have

- Prior experience in management consulting, investment banking, or corporate strategy
- Background in data annotation, data quality review, or evaluation systems
- Proficiency in data-driven tools such as Excel financial modeling, Tableau, or SQL
- Experience writing case studies, executive reports, or strategic recommendations
