About The Role

What if your MBA and business expertise could directly shape how AI advises executives, analyzes markets, and solves complex organizational challenges for millions of people worldwide?

We're looking for experienced business professionals to help train and evaluate cutting-edge AI models on real-world corporate scenarios — from DCF valuations and market entry strategies to supply chain optimization and organizational behavior. Your expertise will become the standard against which AI business reasoning is measured.

This is a fully remote, flexible contract role. No prior AI experience needed — just deep business knowledge and a sharp analytical mind.

What You'll Do

- Design Complex Business Challenges — Build advanced case studies, financial modeling problems, and strategic scenarios spanning corporate finance, market entry, operations, and cap table analysis
- Author Gold-Standard Solutions — Craft rigorous, step-by-step responses featuring financial statements, strategic frameworks (4Ps, 5Cs, Porter's Five Forces), and executive-level rationales that serve as benchmark answers for AI training
- Audit AI-Generated Business Content — Evaluate AI-produced business plans, financial forecasts, and case study analyses for logical consistency, mathematical accuracy, and professional standards
- Sharpen AI Reasoning — Identify and document flaws in AI reasoning — such as ignored sunk costs, miscalculated WACC,



or missing macroeconomic variables — and provide clear, structured feedback to improve model performance
- Set the Bar for Executive AI — Ensure that AI systems can function as sophisticated, trustworthy partners for real-world business decision-making

Who You Are

- Holder of a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from an accredited institution
- Strong foundational expertise in at least two core business disciplines: Finance, Marketing, Operations, or Strategic Management
- Skilled at synthesizing complex data into explicit, executive-quality summaries and recommendations
- Highly precise — you catch formula errors, spot flawed assumptions, and notice when a business argument doesn't hold up
- Comfortable working independently and asynchronously on a flexible schedule
- No prior AI or data annotation experience required

Nice to Have

- Prior experience in management consulting, investment banking, or corporate strategy
- Background in data annotation, quality evaluation, or assessment workflows
- Proficiency with data-driven tools such as Excel financial modeling, Tableau, or SQL
- Exposure to LLM evaluation or AI content review processes
