✅ Good knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office.

✅ Familiarity with Power BI, SQL, Jira, or similar tools is an advantage.

✅ Strong written and verbal communication skills.

✅ Excellent attention to detail and documentation skills.

✅ Ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

✅ Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
