You’ll make an impact each day by:

- Educate customers about their business options, providing sound advice on growth opportunities and risk.
- Assess the economic value and risk potential of new business.
- Identify new referral opportunities.
- Prepare and submit customer lending proposals.
- Ensure our customers feel supported and valued.
- Manage day-day compliance requirements.

You’ll bring to this role:

- A hunger to find new opportunities with the goal of building long lasting relationships.
- A genuine passion for customer service and extensive customer facing experience.
- Strong financial acumen.
- A commitment to strong risk culture, conduct and compliance risk.
- Excellent communication skills.
- A curiosity to drive efficiencies and effectiveness across the team,



business partners and overall value chain by modelling NAB’s values and behaviours.
- Experience in lending and sound ability to read and interpret all aspects of customer financials.
- Proven ability to build, maintain, and leverage strong internal and external networks to drive business growth and customer engagement.
- Business Banking experience preferred.
