Your New Opportunity:

Join our growing Sales Team as a Business Development Manager and help drive the continued success of our integrated Soils Reuse & Recycling or Recycling & Waste businesses across Victoria. Building on our robust industry reputation, you'll identify new opportunities, foster long-term customer relationships, and deliver sustainable growth in a dynamic and evolving market. Exciting opportunities are available in both business streams.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

- Delivering excellent customer service to your customers, including both incoming waste/contaminated soils and outgoing product.
- Building and maintaining strong working relationships with your assigned customer base to assist in the development of potential new business.
- Sourcing and securing new customers in order to grow your customer list and the ResourceCo brand.
- Ensuring all available fixed material import or export solutions are captured and shared appropriately.
- Effectively managing relationships with suppliers to ensure the most effective financial outcomes are achieved.
- Demonstrated ability to repeatedly achieve sales targets as per budgeted expectations.

About you:

We are searching for a highly experienced and talented salesperson with strong commercial acumen and a self-starting nature. Strong relationship management and current business development experience is essential.

The role and fast-paced environment mean that the ability to manage competing priorities and be highly organised are necessary skills. To be successful, you will be an energetic, driven ‘hunter’,



able to think on your feet and keep your finger on the pulse, to deliver quality outcomes for customers. Experience within the recycling & waste and/or civil construction materials industries is core to this role.

Your professionalism, ‘go-get’ nature and ability to find appropriate solutions quickly will be key to your success!
