About the Role

This is a frontline business development position ideal for a commercial lending professional with 3–5 years’ experience. You will be responsible for sourcing new loan opportunities,

managing broker and client relationships, and actively contributing to the company’s growth.

We are looking for someone who is motivated, eager to learn, and ready to embrace responsibility with the right support. You will be given room to grow, clear targets, and the opportunity to directly influence your earning potential.

Key Responsibilities

- Source new commercial lending opportunities through brokers and referral networks




- Build and maintain strong relationships with introducers and clients
- Handle scenarios, provide product guidance and manage the lending process
- Represent the company at networking events and industry forums
- Meet agreed origination and settlement targets
- Collaborate with credit and operations teams to progress deals smoothly - Act with integrity and professionalism in all dealings

Skills and Experience

- 3–5 years’ experience in commercial lending, financial sales or BDM roles
- Confidence in managing broker/client relationships and pipelines
- Solid foundation of commercial loan products and lending scenarios
- Clear communication and good interpersonal skills
- Highly organised, self-motivated and target-driven
- Open to coaching, constructive feedback and career development
