About the role

You'll be joining a growing finance operation with multiple businesses, multiple lead sources and the chance to help shape what comes next.

You'll initially be responsible for facilitating finance opportunities across Car Depot, EV Depot and Sell Direct, while also playing a major role in the launch and growth of a new finance lead-generation platform.

Over the next 6–12 months, the role is expected to expand further as the group introduces New Car Dealerships in there PMA, creating an exciting opportunity to be involved from the beginning and help establish the finance operations supporting these brands.

Key responsibilities

- Managing and facilitating customer finance applications across Car Depot, EV Depot and Sell Direct

- Working with customers to understand their needs and provide suitable finance options

- Managing finance leads from enquiry through to settlement

- Maximising finance opportunities from existing dealership customer base

- Playing a key role in the new finance lead-generation platform

- Utilising Car Depot's supported brokerage solution to access 40 lenders and a broader range of consumer, vehicle and commercial finance solutions





- Working closely with Car Depot's sales teams and experienced finance broking support team to identify opportunities, structure applications and help get more deals across the line

- Building knowledge and relationships across an extensive lender panel, with ongoing brokerage support and development

- Ensuring all applications and documentation meet compliance requirements

- Tracking and following up outstanding finance opportunities

About you

- Previous experience as an Automotive Finance & Insurance Business Manager

- Strong knowledge of automotive finance products and lending processes

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Confident and professional phone manner

- Strong follow-up skills and the ability to manage a high volume of opportunities

- Experience working with multiple lenders

- Excellent attention to detail and understanding of finance compliance
- The ability to work across multiple businesses and lead sources

- Proactive, self-motivated approach

- Strong team mentality
