About you
- Butchery trade qualification
- 2+ years of butchery experience (retail preferred)
- Solid knife skills and cutting technique
- Strong knowledge of meat cuts
- Food safety knowledge
- Excellent reliability
- Team player attitude
- Genuine love and care for customer service and relationships
- 1 weekend day availability
