This is a full-time contract to 30 June 2027 and can be based in any one of our offices located inDja Dja Wurrung / Bendigo, Yorta Yorta / Shepparton, Millewa-Mallee / Mildura, and Wiradjuri / Albury.
The Opportunity
The HealthPathways online tool supports healthcare providers to deliver coordinated, efficient, and high-quality care. Your role as Administrator ensures the HealthPathways Directory Portal remains a trusted and reliable resource across the Murray PHN region.
Key Accountabilities
- Maintain and update the HealthPathways service directory, ensuring information is accurate, current and accessible.
- Liaise with hospitals, specialists, allied health providers and community services to gather and verify service information.
- Generate reports, manage data records and support quality assurance activities across the platform.
- Coordinate review cycles and updates to referral and outpatient service information.
- Support health service users with access requests and basic platform enquiries.
- Contribute to a team-oriented team focused on improving healthcare navigation and patient access across regional communities.
About You
As a key link between health and community service providers and the Murray PHN HealthPathways team, you'll be motivated to use your administration and relationship-building skills to support a resource that contributes to better health outcomes for our communities.
Key Capabilities
- Experience providing high-quality administrative support and maintaining accurate information across multiple systems.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage data integrity, reporting and record keeping.
- Well-developed communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build productive relationships with health and community service providers.
- Highly organised and adaptable, with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines in a collaborative team environment.
- A connection to the Murray PHN catchment, our vision and values.
